I don't know - our neaighbors in Maine have a lake house 7 miles from their permanent house. Makes packing up the TV easier when they head there for the summer ;)
The closer it is the more likely we'll go. We can move there for the summer and not change a thing for work and can drop in on our main house every few days.
Looks perfect to me. I've thought that I'd like a lake house vs. the place we have in ME vs. a place I'd like ~ East Burke. How many houses are too many anyhow?
